I finally bought Aperture this weekend. Damn, I've needed this for a while.

I pulled in over 6000 photos from my five different iPhoto libraries (which were all nearly impossible to navigate or sort/find photos). Now I can zip through anything, and organization in infinitly easier. The RAW processing is really quite awesome too, much better than Adobe Camera RAW, and much more flexable. It literally takes seconds to crop, adjust exposure, white-balance, and tint a photo, and then do it again to a few more shots of the same subject, then directly compare them as a stack and keep the best on top (sliding the rest of the shots away, out of the way).

Now if someone would just bring me a pair of 30" Cinema Displays...
